Matthew Strunk

Matthew is the President of Sierra View Funeral Chapel & Crematory. He is a third generation licensed funeral director, embalmer, crematory manager, and preneed counselor. He also oversees a team that procures Alzheimer's, Dementia, ALS, and Advanced Age research for UC Davis, UC San Francisco, UC Los Angeles, Mayo Clinic and various other universities. He graduated from a Funeral Service Education Program in 2016 and from Jesuit High School, class of 2014. His kind nature and grounded values enable him to assist families in their time of need.

Craig Strunk

Craig is the past President (1994 - 2022) of Sierra View Funeral Chapel & Crematory and current owner of Caring Pet Crematory. He is a licensed funeral director and a licensed crematory manager with over 40 years of experience in the funeral and cremation industry. Craig always knew he wanted to be a funeral director and own a funeral home. He started working in the funeral industry at age 16 and opened his first company at age 19. Those who know Craig describe him as a hard worker who is driven to provide quality, caring and affordable services to every family. He is a compassionate person that cares about the families we serve.

Jill Schneider

Jill is a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer. She graduated from mortuary college in 2011. For the 10 years before earning her Funeral Director License, she was a CNA and raised 5 children. She is a gift to others, a caring person, and a very dedicated Manager.

Amy Brooks

Amy is a Licensed Funeral Director and Preneed Counselor. She has over 28 years of experience in the industry. We are so glad that she has joined our team. She has a very caring nature about her that makes families feel comforted during a difficult time.
